Airtours balance payment help

I hope someone can help here as I am losing the will to live.
I booked with airtours online, and now want to pay the balance as has to be paid in the next 2 weeks.
You cant pay the balance on line, so you have to ring, and everytime I ring I am kept on hold, I have tried paying through the automated system but it wont take my ref number.
I have emailed them even asking them to ring me so I can pay, but just get replies saying ring this number etc, I have rung the numbers, but either wait for ages, or get cut off.
One email reply came back from them suggested I go into the shop which I did, but they wont take my payment as I booked online.
I have been trying on and off now for nearly 10 days to get through to pay, sent countless emails, but keep getting the same response.
I know they are part of TC, but even TC wont take my payment as I booked through airtours, they tell me to ring airtours.
Does anyone know the email address of head office, or can offer me any help as time is getting on and if I dont pay the balance then obviously I will lose the holiday
I will never use airtours again, as never had so much trouble in my life as I have had with airtours.
I am literally cracking up here, and on the verge of tears, so please any help will be very much appreciated.

have you tried the telephone number on your invoice?'Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded'0

This happened to me once where it wouldn't recognise my ref number which was very worrying. In the end I phoned the number as if I wanted to book a holiday and told them what was happening and they put me through to the right department. This was with Direct Holidays who are owned by Airtours.0

I don't if it's the same with Airtours, but I had 2 different reference numbers when I booked online with Thomas Cook. When I tried to enter my API it said the reference was invalid so I tried the other, original, one and that worked.0

Many thanks for your replies
and just to let you know sucess at last, I finally got through today, after trying again on friday and sat.
It has been a nightmare, and never again will I use Airtours where I have to ring all these different numbers just to pay my balance, the stress alone has knocked for six.
I will stick with TC themselves at least you can pay online and dont have to ring.0
