Trouble getting refund from onthebeach, non geographical number?

Hi,
We (mum, her boyfriend and me) were victims of Goldtrail going under last year.
Now our refunds have become available. My mum paid on her debit card for the all bookings despite not being the lead passenger. One booking is for herself and her boyfriend - boyfriend listed as lead passenger, the other booking was for me.
We have to visit the site and claim the refund but her debit card details are now out of date as she has had a card reissued since then.
I called and managed to change her card details on my booking to her new card, but they won't let me do the other booking as I am not the lead passenger (I am obviously not a 50 year old man)
The problem is that my mum and bf have emmigrated and left their financial affairs in my hands and onthebeach leave you on hold for ages, the lady on the phone denied they had a geographical number that you can call from abroad, but I don't want them to have to spend a fortune.
Can anyone help? do you have one on any of your paperwork?

I had an 0871 number.
I sent them an email with the other phone numbers see if that brings them any luck.
