Avanti-passport holiday?

I decided, as I had some left over stamps to see what I would win if I claimed a prize from Purely Creative scratch cards.
So far I have won a watch, I am waiting on a £10 cheque and have received today a holiday voucher for a week in the sun.
To claim said holiday I have to go to avant-passport.com and fill out my details.
I know that I will have to get my own flights and insurance but before I go to the web site, will this be one of these holidays that I have to pay a fee to register?
One of the holiday places that is available I have actually been too on a package holiday, it is a time share/holiday club type place although I did not go as a time share person.
Club Pria De Oura in Portugal and I would go back on holiday there.
Because my wife and I are both retired we can go on holiday any time.
So has anyone else won one of these holidays and is it easy to claim or do you have to jump through hoops?
