advice please?

Good afternoon everyone.

I was wondering if anyone could give me any advise please on the following?

I am unemployed and have been for nearly a year now have been to interviews etc but just getting nowhere on jsa.

I/We are thinking about going into buying and selling on ebay and the like (would like to eventually set up my/our own e-commerce web site).

I/we have the contacts of where to buy some products from, now what would happen if we went ahead and bought some products from these companies?
When it comes around to these companies accounts would the tax man look into who we were?

Please do not look at me as if to say your frauding the country etc etc i am trying to get by here and trying to make a new start and hopefully a new carreer for the better.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
