Oh dear :-( Sounds like I had a lucky escape with my Dulwich bag not being in stock. I've just received the Holborn in Emerald that I ordered instead and I love it, same good Joules quality. Likewise for the Caitlin purse. I've bought from Joules for years and have never had a bad experience. Such a shame this has happened for you all. x0

I know..I've bought from Joules for a few years now and this is the first time I've ever had complaints. I've always loved their clothes; I'm hoping it's just bad luck! Customer services have always been brilliant so I've no doubt they'll sort this one out, it's just the hassle factor really!0 -

Well, I'd recommend the Holburn as a replacement. The Emerald is not the bright turquoise it looks on the website; it's more of a lovely jade/teal (I was worried it would be too bright but it's lovely). And the shape is not as boxy as it looks in the picture - if you search on Holborn, it's the same shape as the navy one. Granted, it's not as good a deal as the Dulwich (but sounds like that was heavily reduced for a reason). I also ordered the purse so I could use the £10 off code :-)0
