Yup..mine has the dreaded black spot too!!
Oh and it's also the pink one..
Blinking eck! No wonder they were reduced so muchI might take mine into the Joules store in town tomorrow to see what they say - I dont want to keep mine as the leather down the edges is really poor quality.... I think you can return via a Joules store to save on return postage....

spoke to a lady at Joules earlier and you can't return them to a store or exchange them, never used this company before but won't be using them again.0 -

Hi, thought they might of offered them to us for free!!! Ive just looked on the back of the invoice and its states that "alternatively you can drop your parcel off at your local Joules shop, free of charge" , so might try this option.... I'm really disappointed but like yourself dont know how to remove the black spots....
Anyone know how quick they are at refunding money???0 -

Come to think of it the quality of the leather wasn't very good. Hope you get the freepost address, would have been nice if they had offered something for the bad quality bags.0 -
You can return your bags to the store so long as they are Joules stores and not their concessions, it says so under their T&Cs online. I have already called my local store and am thinking of exchanging it for the Tuppence tweed bag instead and just pay the difference. I liked the Tuppence bag but was swayed by the price of the Dulwich bag. I would never have paid £169 for this, ever! Such a let down. Maybe we should all leave messages on Joules' Facebook page?0

Now theres a thought, has anyone ordered from them before?0 -
Yes me. I've always liked and bought Joules clothes but to be honest I'm not really sure what has happened to them of late. The quality just doesn't seem to be the same anymore what with this stupid bag and a fleece I bought from them at Christmas (full price). It wasn't finished that well, it had threads hanging off and then the button fell off first time I wore it. The regular Joules shoppers will have noticed that they have pushed their prices right up too. Such a shame!
P.S. I have left a message on their FB page.0
