Had the packaging been tampered with??

If not, do you have the item number?

  • no the pakaging was completely fine..the item number is 220038933879.. so you think i'd be able to get my money back?
  • If the seller wont help u, then u will have to report him to ebay, as long as its paypay im assuming they will help, open a dispute and take it from there. But first go to the help site, u can normally find ur answer there.

Definately do it as 'item not received' and also do a paypal dispute as well, looking at his item, the pics are awful. his feedback isn't the best in the world.

It could be a legit mistake but it seems the 'empty parcel" is a common scam, as they get proof of postage and can claim upto 28.00 for standard post with this proof.

I dont know the value of your buy...

If the seller is unhelpful then it maybe a scam.

Paypal is good protection for buyers and although a lengthy dispute may ensue, you will get reinbursed.

looks to be a scam but you will be reinbursed through paypal

if he does claim postage/costs through royal mail he mustnt have stated what the goods were as money , jewellery etc is not insured by royal mail unless sent special delivery then again that may be the way he sent it ?

although not likely to pay for special delivery if hes ripping people off
