Hi

I'm looking for a bit of help.

I ve had a quote for a new boiler supplied and fitted.This includes a programme control and a powerflush. It will take one day fit.
I live in Yorkshire, We have a five bedroom house with 11 radiators. Our water flow coming into the house is 11 litres per minute. The boiler will be in a cupboard
The plumber has advised us because of the water flow coming into the house we would be wasting our money buying the Vaillant Ecotec plus 837. The Pro 28 and 831 is the same but the flap and fitting at the back.

Vaillant Pro 28 £1330, Vaillant Ecotec 831 £1540 or Valliant Ecotec plus 837 £1900.

They are all 28 KW, .
Have they all got steel heat exchange?
Is it worth the extra money? or just go with the cheaper one.
