Anyone here an IT trainer?

    Yes it is but only if your independent and ot part of someone like computeach who are a bit rubbish to say the least, salary is good, hours are good. online help invaluable especially from othe institutes like Misco or MS, downside id lots and lots pf paperwork and friends constantly asking for favours, just remember if you are looking for something in IT and IT recruiter is better paid than most standard IT jobs and the bonus their is you dont need to know a lot about IT.

    Cheers, I probably do not know enough about computing to be on something like Techie support. Training and education is more where my experience is and probably more in line with what I know.

    You could go for the niche of training public sector peeps - 'professionalising IT' is a big thing at the moment. Have a look at www.cio.gov.uk and follow the links. They seem to be keen on using the ISEB structure for training and development.
