Have been signed off work for 3 weeks with back problems.
Company i work for does not pay company sickpay, unwilling to use anual holiday.
What benifis can i claim till i return to work.
my personal info...
married, partner on incap, recive some housing and council tax benifit, 4 children all under 12, recive child tax credit, famaily allowence, my wage 16,500 minus 3 weeks sick.
any help please

Are they paying you Statutory Sick Pay?
This should be £79.15 a week.0 -
If you notify Housing Benefits of youe drop in income they should adjust your benefit.0
