my computer keeps loosing the internet i think its the router how do i check it plz thanks

We need some more information to help.
Is it connected by wired or wireless. Do you have any other PC's, and if so, do they suffer the same way.

Tell your computer to tie a leash the next time it catches it so that the internet doesn't get lost again!

What router brand/model is it and which company is your broadband provider?
Do you connect wirelessly or with the cable?
If you can try connecting with the cable, does it still lose the internet connection?
Try resetting the router - on the device there should be a button or a pin hole which you can stick a needle/toothpick into (stick it in and hold for ten seconds).
