I've used asda for my photos for years but they've really got my back up lately. Last time I went they only had one of their three digital machines working and I had to wait an hour to load my photos(with a fidgetty two year old). I complained to Cs about the uappologetic staff attitude and got a letter saying sorry. This week I put an order in for one hour processing and spent an hour, (and £12 ) killing time. When I went to collect my photos the machine had lost the order, again they were less than appologetic and offered my another hour's wait or a refund, which I had to queue up at cs to get.

We once used their machine were you print your own photos, but we put the card in the wrong slot! the staff who we`d asked for help and was ignored ( they were all stood around talking ) said they`d have to call out an engineer and it would cost us £500 !!
Hubby told them to shove it and got the card out himself with the help of his multi tool. You should have heard them ranting at us, saying we were`nt allowed to touch the machine etc.

They should have charged you the £500, how difficult is it to put the memory card in the right slot?
You cannot blame asda for your own stupidity. The word is BOUGHT, not BROUGHT.
It's LOSE, NOT LOOSE.
