Philips lcd tv sound no picture!!!

Has anyone had any trouble with Philips lcd tv's as we have one that turns on with sound but no picture sometimes turning off from mains and back on again works but the last few days its not working only the sound ! we also have similar trouble with another philps one in the house but only now and again! Not sure if its a common fault or if it would cost a bomb to repair

Are they getting their signal from an external device such as a Sky or Freeview box or a DVD player? If so the connections may be loose.0

Do these TV's have a built in Freeview receiver? Could just be that you don't have enough signal from the aerial.:doh: Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0
