*Paypal dispute - how long do you have to claim?*

Hi all. Just a quick query.

What is the timeframe involved for filing a dispute? I get a bad feeling the seller is deliberately stalling so this time will pass.

My hubby purchased something a month ago and it never arrived, so the seller has offered to resend it, but then states it can take anything from 7 days to 3 weeks (it's coming from Hong Kong) Their feedback aint so hot either.

I'm wondering if he is doing this on purpose. Does anyone know the timeframe?

i think its 60 days i'm sure someone will be along soon to confirm.

i would start a dispute now, as its already been a month, you can always cancel it should your items turn up

45 days, so don't let that slip away from you. I wouldn't normally wait past 40 days, just to give myself a little slippage on the time frame.
