So in June when you went through renewal did you just make a number up for your earnings?

This has fraud written all over it OP, I do hope you realise you could be facing a criminal conviction?

Hi andy, can you not at least get a doable figure instead of £370pw tax credits.

not exactly just based it on my hourly rate from the job i lost

the amount i put above isnt correct it is 429 a week, the difference is the childcare element of my child tax credits
  • This will be difficult for you as you had the opportunity in April 2010, when you're claim was renewed, to declare whether anything had changed since your last award, and obviously took the decision not to do so.

You do not mention the situation with other benefits you might be in receipt of. Potentially, when you lost your job, you could have legally been entitled to housing benefit, council tax benefit, jobseeker's allowance.

A specialist benefits adviser can prepare you for the possible outcomes and help you through the process.

i pay my mortgage and council tax myself i own my home this is the reason why i never told them i lost my job as i hoped and still do that i will land another one so i dont lose my home.

Hello MSF, I am needing some advice regarding going on holiday by myself, where is the best place for a single woman to visit, where is best to avoid?

You seem to have forgotten about your children when you posted this?
    Gone ... or have I?
