Worth claiming?

I recently had a break in and £1000 worth of goods was stolen.

I have to pay a premium of £350 and the goods that were stolen are largely unneeded.

My question is, is it worth making a claim and losing my no claims bonus (never made a claim). In future years will I end up paying much higher premiums, and all this to replace gadgets I don;t really use?

Usual answer - you can get an idea of what effect (if any) this claim will have on premiums by running some virtual quotes online and seeing the difference in premium with and without the claim included.
