Most of the cheap calls I see around are based on BT lines. Are there any available on ntl lines?

I think you are allowed to use OneTel as a CPS (see HERE for their LeisureUKTalk [February] offer of free evening and weekend calls for a year to UK 01/02 numbers) but you can certainly sign up for call18866.co.uk, call1899.co.uk and must be able to use any of the dial-through numbers in the MSE Call Checker.30 years, 217 days!0
