Praise for London Transport

Couple of weekends ago I topped up my Pay As You Go Oyster card at Highgate Station as I left. When I went back in to go home, my Oyster card completely failed as I tried to go through the barrier, didn't tell me I had no money, just completely blank. Luckily a guard on duty let me through and the barrier was open at the other end.
This morning I went into a different station and explained what had happened and the station manager replaced my card, added the £10 top up I had just added AND the £3 deposit I originally paid, no questions, I just had to fill in a quick form.
So THANK YOU to Transport for London!
