I worked for them since early March and until this month, only had one week where it was a bit hit and miss and that was over Easter. The last few weeks have been awful0 -

Just noticed that I got my first star rating and disappointed to see it was 2. I thought I was doing ok now after struggling a bit for the first couple of weeks. I was expecting to get an email about it with maybe some feedback, but haven't had anything. There is some task feedback (which I didn't think was too bad) on my feedback page. Is this all you normally get?0

Ah.................no-one knows how this star works..................I got 3 for my first two months then jumped up to a 5. This month, I've dropped to a 2!!!! God only knows why as I haven't done anything differently!! I post on another forum and it seems there have been quite a lot of 2's this month...............I wonder if productivity (and NRT??) has anything to do with it? I have emailed them for advice but am not holding my breath!! Usually, all you get is the task feedback!0

I only started working for them about 12 days ago, wondered when I would get my first star report and any feedback? Was hoping to get loads of work done today before School Holidays start and managed a hugeeeeeeeeeeee 11mins!!!!!0

You won't have been rating enough yet to get stars........I'm guessing you'll get them the next time around which will be in four weeks time.0 -
Does anyone know what happens if you get a one star rating in your first few weeks of working. I have done just three weeks and logged on today to find a one star rating!! :{ help:( Do I get a chance to improve?0

I think a lot of the star rating is based on the quantity of tasks you complete. For the past 2 months i have had holidays and therefore booked blackout periods of 2 weeks each month, both months i only got 2 stars. This month i have managed over 10 hours every week and managed to get 3 stars.0

PurpleCrocus : The portal does say those with 1 star 'Their services will not be retained' I guess you will hear from them soon.
I have a feeling someone on this forum previously got only 1 star and were asked to leave, but i think they did get all the pay due to them.
Maybe someone with more info will be along soon to help you.0 -
Thanks for the reply, I was just hoping that as it was within the first four weeks of starting, they would be a little more lenient and advise me where I have been going wrong.0
