Anyone else taking Lionbridge Exam next week?

Grrrr, its driving me mad.

Im completing a type 2 task (2nd on timesheet listing) and its the one where you have to pick and choose headlines. Ive filled in all the boxes etc but every time i try to submit i get an error saying

Please Complete : Missing Update

Theres no empty boxes etc. Ive wasted about 30mins trying to do this and ended up releasing a task and then picking up a new one but still no luck.

Any suggestions anyone ??

Having EXACTLY the same problem!!!! Am actually reassured to know I'm not alone............have done these loads of time before and the Missing Update box is missing on all of them - I have released them but that's the only tasks I have available.............really not happy!!

I have emailed them to let them know - maybe do that too so they realise there is a problem???

Me too!! Have wasted so much on MY time this morning and then having to release them - i.e don't get paid .......not happy!! I have also emailed them.
Same as you Pinkdebster - they are now the only thing I have left in my queue. Hope they get it sorted asap.

Haha, I was sat staring at my screen convinced I was missing something! I am having the same problem. Having work and not being able to do it is more frustrating than NRT!

I sent in an error report also. Hope it is fixed soon.

Thanks Pinkdebster, nice to know its not just me !! same with me - just these tasks and no others available. Grrr.

Let me know if they reply and i will do the same.

Ah it finally occurred to me to look on here to see if anyone else was having the same problem. Like everyone else, I wasted loads of time and then had to release the tasks. Have also emailed them about this, but they are the only thing in my queue as well Hope they soon get this sorted.

I didn't think there could be anything worse than NRT...........but having this stuck in the queue is a real pain in the proverbial.............been sat here all morning trying to work with no success!!

Ive gone back to NRT so im assuming they are working on fixing the tasks or something.

Very tempted to add my wasted time onto my timesheet but do you think it wouldn't get approved if i put a time of 28 mins and 0 tasks ? We should get paid if its there technical problem though !

Really annoyed that i didnt get much work done today, was hoping to build this weeks hours up before the school holidays start on thursday !!

Yep...........NRT here again and no response to either of the emails I sent this morning!!

Unfortunately, if you try to claim the time, your timesheet will end up under review and it's just not worth the hassle - I DO agree though - it's unfair!!

I have had NRT quite a bit recently....is this common?? I signed off as soon as I got the word from LB that I had the job, as I had to register as SE. Starting to regret it a bit!!
