I tried to resign yesterday (going back to work full time and have a dissertation to complete) but they have still sent me an email today. I have filled the thing in on the portal but do I need to email them or something?

Got 10 mins today. Seminar dates seem all confused too. Maybe they're undergoing some changes and things are sliding whilst they work them out?

I noticed that about webinar times as well. It seems like not that many examples are covered in the UK webinars, the one who does them just continues talking about one rating for a while, which means we get fewer examples - less practice. It really would help if we could get a few more examples in. The ask us a lot of questions when really this is the chance for us to ask them questions. I noticed on other countries webinars they seem to get more covered during the actual webinars and still have some time for questions, although I don't know if this was just those particular webinars.

You could just send an email if you want to cover yourself, that community one maybe? Hope this helps.

I see no rhyme or reason to the star grading, I've had 3,4 and 5 stars with no discernible difference in my work. I checked the portal feedback on one particular task type and there were several errors (massive glaring errors on their part) so I take it with a pinch of salt.

NRT, but I have been managing just over the minimum for last couple of weeks

Does this mean my contract is over?
  • I don't understand this at all...

I started rating at the end of January and my star ratings have been:

    Feb: 3 stars
    March: 4 stars
    April: 4 stars
    May: 1 star!!!!

How on Earth can I go from 4 stars to 1 star!? I have been doing the full 20 hours almost every week and not done anything differently.

The strange thing is, the star rating page says you would be dispensed of immediately with a 1 star rating yet I am completing tasks as we speak?

I've sent them an email, but this looks like it could be the end!? I checked my URL rating feedback and from the whole list I only had 3 'orange' ratings, the vast majority were green.

Arghhh. 5 stars, no tasks for 3 days. Really frustrated. How on earth does anyone manage 20 hours a week?

5 stars here as well for May. Work seemed better today, managed to work over 4 hours.
