  • Sideshow - not sure. I know they can be funny about it, but it is best you email them and ask. They can only say no!

Angie - they will email you with a date for the exam, the date can be anything from a couple of days away to a week or so judging by others experiences.

Lous - It is the 'Internet assessors program' job listed on their site, you then scroll down the page and click on United Kingdom to apply, and yes - it is a very good source of income. You have to register as self-employed and sort taxes out yourself.

FemmeFatale, thank you very much. So, I can register as self-employed in addition to the full-time work that I do at the moment? I haven't done my own taxes before so slightly apprehensive about that. Best, Lou

thanx! mine is working again as well. might just have been a cookie-problem or something like this.

i've another questions. my girlfriend wants to apply for the job as well. we live in the same apartment, sharing one IP - is that possbile?
Generally I think it's limited to 1 person per household, as IIRC they ask you on the application form whether anyone at your address has worked for them.
  • I still haven't been paid! I have received remittance advice, I sent an email yesterday but got a auto response saying they were away till 21st and am worried now, not sure what to do? Can anyone help?

Well, answered my own question! Received email just now - exam date 22nd!!
I presume the documentation to read up on comes on that date then? Don't suppose there is any way of having a head start on this 'revision'? :p

I am in the same situation. This is the first time I haven't been paid within 2-3 days of receiving the remittance advice. My 11 months has just come to an end so i wondered if that was somehow affecting my pay. I emailed them this morning and got an auto response to say they were out of office until today and then i got another automated response saying due to the volume of emails, it may take 4 working days for them to respond so looks like there is nothing i can do but wait.

    Hi Angie,

When did you apply, I had an application confirmation on 7th March but have heard nothing since? Does it normally take this long before you get accepted/rejected?
