UCAS -apply again or use existing details??

I already have a UCAS account. Looking to apply for Uni 2011. On the www.ucas.ac.uk/students/apply/ page it has the 'Register / Log in to use Apply 2011' link. I am unable to login using my current UCAS details.
Do I have to re-register for the 2011 cycle, or is it that my login details are incorrect? Thanks to anyone who knows.

I used my previous ART ID though had to change the password - mainly because I couldn't remember what it was.
- I got my ART ID when I applied in 2002 and used it again applying in 2008.0 -
