PPI with Welcome Finance - Good News

Hello All,

I am currently on a DMP with the CCCS after getting into serious issues with companies like WFS, Wage Day Advance and Quick Quid.

However I used the Template on this website against WFS as I knew at the time of taking my loan out with them, the PPI was added on.

I sent my original request to them in October, I had an letter back in November saying it would be another 8 weeks and on Saturday I received a letter saying that I was entitled to 2,234.00 and it could be used to go against my existing loan with them, which is going through the DMP!

So good news.................... I wanted to share that with anyone who is currently going through the process.

My sister in law works for a debt collector and she said if they cannot find the documents or paper work, sometimes they will offer you it anyway.

If it wasnt for this website, I wouldnt have been able to make my claim.

congratulations on your news.

I went through a similar situation with WFS last year, my loan was defaulted in 2006

Welcome offered me a settlement but to pay of the exsisting loan does anybody know if they can do this if it has been defaulted????
