Thanks for that, just ordered for hubby's & kids xboxes ... The kids are always leaving theirs plugged in so I'm thanking my lucky stars that there have been no mishaps!

  • Has anyone received theirs yet? I sent off for two for both my old Xboxes and got two completely different cables. The first has a huge inline circuit-breaker, while the second looks just like one of the old ones. Anyone else had this happen?

I got one of those beefy circuit breaker ones yesterday - but the socket is 2-pin, so I need an adapter to use it!

I'm going to phone them tomorrow.

Yeah I live in the UK and the package came from Southall..?

The only reason I can think why is that I went to xbox.com to apply rather than xbox.com/uk. But I told them I lived in the UK.
