Insolvency issues ireland - need help badly

Hi,

I worked for a company called Seatem Donegal for 2 half years until the company went into insolvency on 17th August 2010. It has now been 5 months since the closure and I am still no further forward in terms of redundancy, outstanding wages owed, and holiday pay owed. I have filled out an RP50 form and sent it to my previous employer and have been informed that this wont be filled out by them and an administrator wont be appointed. I really dont know what to do or what rights I have and would really like some advice please on what steps I should be taking.
