Hope this isn't a dupe, it my first time posting a comp and I have tried searching!

Received in an email from Pho restaurant, daily prizes plus main prize of 10 million Vietnamese dong (about £330 I think).

Daily prizes may be London/Brighton-based as these are where the restaurants are.

• Competition open to UK residents aged over 18, excluding employees of Pho companies or any person professionally connected with this promotion and their immediate families. Winner must have a UK bank account.
• Entries can only be made online at www.phocafe.co.uk Applications from agents/third parties are invalid. All details will be added to the Pho promotional database and Pho may send you updates and promotions in the future. Only one entry per email address is accepted and compulsory fields must be completed.
• Closing date for entry is 4th February 2011.
• There is one main prize comprising of 10 million Dong. The prize value will equate to the exchange rate of Vietnamese currency to British pounds on the XE.com website on the day the draw is made and will be paid within two weeks by bank transfer to the winner on receipt of valid UK bank details.
• There are also a variety of daily prizes to be won. Each prize consists of a free item and some require purchase to redeem. each daily prize will be a voucher which will require printing for redemption and will have applicable terms and conditions outlined on it.
• Entries will be drawn by an independent judge on 7th February 2011. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw. If the prize if not claimed within 14 days of notification another winner will be chosen. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered.
• Should the prize not be claimed after two draws have been made the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize.
• For winner's details please send a stamped SAE to Pho Holdings, Unit 11 The Turnmill, 63 Clerkenwell Road, London EC1M 5NP from 7th March 2011.

I think you're right, the terms make it sound as though it is by mentioning 'daily prizes', but I think what they're indicating is that you have an immediate chance to win on the day that you enter as well as the main prize at the end?

I'll ask a BG for advice and see if it needs moving to the main board.
