I got a parking ticket last week and have to appeal......do you think it is a valuable reason....
Basically, i got to my car 5 mins before the ticket was due to expire and was sitting in the car park in my car and i felt abit light headed, i was there for about 10 mins then the warden came up started issueing a ticket!! I explained i was feeling light headed and didnt want to turn the ignition feeling like this, he was blatantly ignorant and didnt care at all what i was saying and issued the ticket!! do you think i will not have to pay for the fine? if i lose, should i appeal? surely they shouldnt expect you to drive if your feeling that way.......

Who issued the ticket? was it a council or a private parking company?
If an official council Penalty charge notice post here, they will help you. http://forums.pepipoo.com/
If it a private parking invoice, don't appeal, don't worry, just ignore it!0 -
