Santander Arcadia Store Card - dropping me

I've had a Santander Burton store card since 2004 (when it was GE Money). I've never missed a payment since 2005.

My card is due for renewal next month. Today I've received a letter from Santander Cards saying that they have reviewed my account and have decided not to issue me a new card when my current one expires.

Just seems odd that they are dropping me when my account has been ran in good order for years. Maybe they just weren't making money out of me from interest as I always pay it off every month that I use it.

Don't take it personally. They dropped me and lots of other people too.

I only used the card three times and always paid the balance off in full, so I probably wasn't their best customer. :rotfl:

You're not making them money in interest, simples.

santander have done the same to shops, ie, River Island.
