Bob - Just put the olbas pastilles in the honey and lemon box. The H&L ones are wimpy will do your no cough bleeding good. Store the honey and lemon ones somewhere safe so as to not contaminate them just in case. Then take yourself by the hand and be BRAVE, you know it will be good for you (and for the rest of the family when they realise it is silent and you have not expired)

I am a lot better today, i did dig out the olbas oil ones last night as well as the oil for my pillow.
After dosing myself up, i made it through the day, but i am totally brain dead tonight. Just been completely absent minded all day long..so i am wondering what exactly was in the pastilles:eek::rotfl:
So tonight is a relaxing night. I am going to get into my PJ's and just watch tv.:D
Planning can go on the back burner for the evening. I am working tomorrow and then had completely forgotten i have an inset day on Friday..:eek::D:D I need it, that's for sure.:cool::rotfl:

Glad cold is better but, sorry you sound a bit run down.
Can you get friends to visit you to cheer you up or start planning a treat for yourself?
Insets seem to be meeting after meeting at our place with new targets for stuff that has to be done yesterday. I liked it in the olden days when you could just hide at the back and sleep.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -

Ahh i have a unique role there, as i teach outside of the school, i am only working in the morning( a reluctant pupil who has last minute
coursework-then a moderation meeting and then i am orf:D:rotfl:
I am just tired after a few days of being poorly, i am sleeping well, eating well and surrounded by good friends. I just want to be on my own tonight though and can't be bothered to entertain. Does that sound mean?
