Well Mr.B and i had a massive argument again last night. This last week i have had hardly any sleep due to being disturbed by his snoring. Whilst i know it isn't his fault- well it leaves me with low coping abilities as it has gone on for so long and i am sure this contributes to feeling poorly and stress.:o
Friday night, and i am looking to relax a bit- he comes in and basically starts moaning about some stuff. Then he asks me how i am, i just said i was tired and he said why..I hit the roof:o Then he brings DS into the row- which is not a wise thing to do..
I hope that you will take this in the spirit that it is offered. Whilst I would agree that it isn't his fault that he snores, it is both of your faults that you are doing nothing about it. Snoring can be a sign (as I am sure you know) of underlying medical conditions. It is something he SHOULD get checked out to be on the safe side. Also there are now mouth guard like things now that you can get fitted, which stop the snoring, but you have to get referrred by the GP, cos it isn't one of those 'spray this and your snoring goes' rich quick schemes.
I understand your pain ref snoring. My mum snores like a train, and when she was here I had to have the bedroom door shut on the warmest nights otherwise I wouldn't have got any sleep! So please don't both of you suffer in silence, go and have a chat with your GP. And also make it clear to Mr Bob that a sleep deprived BOB is not a good thing.
As for the running around well yes I think that makes sense. I believe your DD2 is old enough to do her own organising, and it is a waste of petrol to do a journey to the train station if you are not going past it....
sadly I will pass on the red as it gives me migraines, but enjoy yours

No offence taken Chev, he has had three minor ops- none of which have worked. He has been monitored as well and there is nothing physically wrong with him. We can hear him downstairs sometimes, it is that bad:o The next op would be a big one, and GP has sympathetic towards him, but it leaves me in an awkward position as i get very little refreshing sleep and it becomes a self perpetuating thing at times. I get absolutely shattered, think i can sleep then bloomin well wake up..The law of sod eh?
Mr.B knows a sleep deprived bob is not a good thing- he chooses to ignore it ..and lately that has been at his own peril. There has only been so much i can take, i used to be able to do so..as in lack of sleep as i need very little, but i need quality sleep and to kept being woken is like being back when the children were babies..at least then i knew it was a time period and would even out. I am rambling now.

I kinda thought that that might be the case. Sorry to hear the other ops didn't work. I guess it is one of those things to have a proper sit down chat about. I mean you said you were tired, but he might not equate that with his snoring. Seems alot (not all) men really needs these things spelled out rather than alluded too...glad you are enjoying the vino at least.

Sorry to hear that you're very stressed and tired.Don't know the answer to stop him snoring.Annoying but guess he can't help it as he's already had some ops..perhaps now is the time to have the big op.
DD is probably old enough now to make arrangements to get herself back or stay in a BB as you say.0 -

It is and he was a bit ill after the last op- i felt sorry for him. He knows how tired i get and in all honesty he feels very embarrassed about it as he doesn't know how to make it better without going for another op- which he is willing to do. So that also becomes another matter to deal with.
Last night was a bit better, the wine knocked me out:D I am not used to drinking, but i can't resort to that all the time..:rotfl:
I have to watch myself as well when i become tired as then i say things which are out of proportion with the problem..err:o
He also gets tired and stressed, his job isn't easy and the day is long easier in summer than winter for him though and less stress than driving so he gets a rest on the train. He was the one doing the driving on Friday night for DD2, so she really owes him an apology. She did acknowledge this and has now done so. She has said in future she will sort it out properly, as i pointed out to her ..if she had ordered a Taxi, it would be on the meter and running and no way would she have sauntered out an hour later than mentioned.
End of rant and normal service resumed. Thanks for the ear:DBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
