  • I have a miele vacuum cleaner - dead old but good. Sometimes the name does justify the expense maybe? firewalker didn't agree though i am sure. Have 'Which Magazine' published a list of the best in the category that you can look at. I will tell you what mine is and it is very good except i am too thick to use all the buttons. I didn't understand the manual for the dryer though and haven't been adventurous with that I just dry silks and cottons but it does dry cleaning and allsorts.

Machine is 4 years old (No problems at all but i live on my own so only do a white, red, dark wash in the week maybe that's why): Bosch Exxcel
Dryer is new since xmas: Bosch Exxcel 8 (orgasmic but didn't understand manual, to scared to press all the buttons).

Dear me, an orgasmic dryer?? I must have one:rotfl::rotfl:..why have you not pressed all the buttons?:D

Meile is way way to expensive but I take on board it lasts for years.
Mutters should do at that bleeping price.

Ironically they're not the most expensive. For only 50% more...

Bob, can you take some short cuts? I am utterly exhausted 'cos I always put work first and forgot to look after self and now too much damage has been done but i am still here and am making a sloooow recovery. Dont be like me. Can you be more selfish? Nope probably not. That is why you are so nice. We only know nice people on MSE.

You and Porge need to read Dr Tim Cantopher's book. I am lending it to him and then maybe he can pass it onto you.

Can we help you in any way petal? Just ask and we can try. Big hug. You are so nice and i dont want you to be tired or down.

Too thick. Genuinely, honest. George told me once about someone at work who had asked him for help in how to put paper into photcopier. I did tell him i am nearly that thick (but I can do that). I kept the IT guys in business when i worked in banking (they had a separate collection for me when i left as they were worried they might lose jobs if i left).

Hope you get what you want. It is just a washing machine though. I am learning so much since i stopped being a full timer. I used to waste so much on brands. It is so good to get value for money now. I love it.
