It was a lovely day thanks- she has had her hair done, and has really enjoyed herself. The lamb was perfect, as was the vino *cough* and she really loved her cake. So i call it a success, all budgeted for and probably better than going out for a meal or having a take awayBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Well i don't know whether its me or if everyone else is feeling the same at the moment? I have been trying to relax but still running round on full steam.
There was another guide meeting last night, due to some schools finishing later than others- so some were off and some weren't. I wasn't particularly in the mood and felt really out of sorts, the girls as usual were great- it was just me.
I also find i am forgetting things, so that is a sign that my brain is whirring around too much:o Or old age:eek::rotfl:
I am sleeping well'ish' for me anyways..
I just can't seem to escape the feeling that i 'should' be doing something. Knowing my luck it will be something i have forgotten.
Spends have been approx £15 on shopping, i am owed some back but will include it in budget for now. I have no need to buy anything until Monday so don't anticipate any more spends grocery wise.
I also have to think what i am going to do with money spare from my own personal debt once paid off. I have been thinking about this and have decided to put it properly against the mortgage. We did have a small joint loan taken out as part of the mortgage package, conveniently it has always been considered as part of the mortgage, but i am kidding myself- i know it will be wiser to pay this off. So that is the plan once that is paid off then i will keep on overpaying the mortgage.
Off to update sig. Enjoy that Friday Feeling everyone.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Happy belated birthday to Bobette,
I agree, it's lovely they want to spend their day with you ( does it mean you get to sample all the goodies too)

Not exactly...Keynes needed a good slap for much of what he said - *especially* a good hearty slap for: "in the long run we are all dead."
And another slap on top, just in case any of the previous slaps had been sub-standard...
I love keynes.:(:(:(:(:( Are you a fascist undertaker?Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -

It's not a typo. Someone said that it was what you were called. All is good. Porge is still talking to me.
Bloody terrified. What do you do when you meet heroes for the first time????Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -

Car went in for MOT and full service- should have been £180 +VAT, i got it for £150 all in:D Don't know why i am smiling but there you go, not as bad as i thought. I did ask for a discount three times, as my 20%voucher ran out in Dec..well he gave it me anyway.:D:D I have to get my brake discs done at next interim service, but i have plenty of time to save up for that.
It is DD2's birthday tomorrow, so Voucher and Harry Potter DVD bought.
So that is me wiped out..
Tea was rather lovely, HM wedges, salad and HM burgers:D Plenty left for tomorrow.
Birthday Tea will be Lamb Henry, with assorted veg and new potatoes followed by Jelly- yep, DD2 loves jelly:D
I am making muffins for birthday cake with a variety of toppings- which will be tastefully arranged.
So that is the plan. One fence panel fixed, it is all i had time for today.
Crumbs you do so much. I do hope birthday went well. You worked so hard. Welldy done deee. :kisses3: ('puter's just been repaired, yay and i am a luddite too).Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
