twas the 22nd of dec.i was looking for a buzz lightyear for my daughter as she had only just got in to the toy story films.i wasn't bothered about it coming before xmas as we had already bought all our presents but thought it may be nice for her.
i looked on a few of the big department stores web sites as these places normally only have this kind of gift in at xmas time so give good reductions to get rid of excess stock..
i bought the jet pack buzz lightyear which was £25! half price.
what a nice surprise it was for it to arrive by courier on xmas eve considering the 15" of snow and had very intermittant delivery from royal mail.we saw noone from royal mail for 2 weeks and we only live 200 yards from our local sorting office.
it also come gift wrapped for free and a sticker with merry xmas on it.
we live in lincolnshire and the package must have travelled at least 100 miles.
well done selfridges you made a 2 year old girl very happy this xmas and has hardly put her toy down since. :T
