Hi, we watch freeview with a satelite dish, skybox and card. Since beginning November we suddenly have problems watching ITV and BBC. Has anybody had the same problem and does anybody know what can be the cause. We did have a powercut but all the other channels still work fine. Can it be the move of satelite for BBC?? Any help would be appreciated!!

Can you be more specific tinkerbell212?
Do you get on screen messages when you select the BBC & ITV channels?
Does the picture break up into little squares and/ or the sound 'stutter'?0 -
We have a normal Sky Box and its quite new. Our ITV signal isnt very good either. I notice it especially when watching Xfactor for some reason. It keeps going a bit pixled and fuzzy. Any ideas ?

It would be worth unplugging the connections from the dish to the back of the box and plugging them back in to make sure they're OK. However if all the other channels are Ok it may be that the dish has moved put of alignment slightly.0
