Can someone please tell me how to get my printer back online?
I am running Xp and the error message is ''Printer spooler service has been stopped''
I have tried reinstalling but it comes up with the same error message.
Please help!!!

go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services, scroll down the list to find the Print Spooler service, and start it up again

in the same list in Services, make sure Remote Procedure Call (RPC) is started first. While you're there, make sure both are set to Automatic startup, then reboot pc and go back and check both are listed as Started........Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
