HELP where on my A&L statement will it show bank charges for next month??

i have online banking but the online statements just seem to show transactions. i am going to get bank charges next month but need to know when and how much will be taken thanks

If you log in online and look for "My Messages" or something similar (should be near the top of the page) you should have a message telling you the amount and when they will be applied. That's how I found out about an erroneous underfunding fee once. They will only show on your statement once they have been applied.

Its been while, but if I remember correctly, if you click on the account when you log in, and you have the transaction page in front of you, there is normally a link towards the top left where the account details are which says something like "view charges due to be applied to your account". Mine used to appear just after my statement was generated, then disappear once the charges had been paid

i am looking back to sep as i had bank charges in oct so they should show on statement from month before. this is such a rubbish bank nothing seems clear lol

Yep they are rubbish, thats why I switched. The link for the charges will only appear on your online banking page once your statement has been generated, so if your statement hasnt been generated yet, it wont be there. Their online banking is cr*p, and doesnt appear to be improving!

but my statement im looking for with charges on is from sep which obviously has been generated so how can i view these ones?

Click on "your statement" at the top left, then on the drop down select the month you are looking for

nah it does show me. my old bank used to send me a letter online stating i have bank charges of x amount n it will be taken on such n such a date. now i have no idea when A&l will take my charges n swallow up all me wages.

Im confused, are you looking for a previous statement charges, or charges for this month? What date is your statement normally generated?

sorry lol. i am expecting bank charges next month as i am currently overdrawn. the last time i had bank charges was in oct so i was looking back to see if on sep statement it mentioed anythin about the charges they took in oct so that i could look out for that for this month so i can then see what i will be charges and on what exact date. i dnt no when i get a statement i usually get an email saying check account how would i find out what day my statement is issued?
