Moral Dilemna - Should I name & shame?

Sigh
I bought Flight Sim X from a person on ebay (rating of 140+ and 98% odd +ve (I think) feedback) for £35 a couple of weeks back. The game eventually arrived on Thursday and it's just a couple of copied DVD-Rs! Needless to say, I'm gutted. Thought I'd taken all the necessary precautions, wasn't cheap enough to trigger the 'fake' alarms etc. etc. - Anyway, claim lodged with Paypal but that's another story.
The dilemna is this. I've managed to work out the sellers apparent phone number and address by plugging their name and post code into the BT phone book online. I've emailed them the details and asked them to refund the money immediately or I'll go to the police. It's been a day and there's no response so here's my options:
1 - Go to the police with the details
2 - Post the details in their feedback (they sold them to at least 60 very irate punters!)
3 - Go to FACT with the details (probably do that anyway)
4 - Other
Feeling increasingly 'peeved' at these guys and want to get some revenge. The question is, what would you do?
Cheers
Jeff

I think FACT is the way to go. And give them whatever feedback you think they deserveWe all evolve - get on with it0

If you put personal details into feedback your feedback will just be removed, so don't waste your opportunity to leave a neg.

To be honest as the above poster states the police wont be bothered, I would open a dispute against the seller and start a chargeback
Did it give any signs in the auction that the game was a copy?0 -

Nope, It was a generic game listing with a picture of boxed software. The price was low enough to suggest it could be an import but too high to suggest a copy. Sellers feedback seemed ok but all gone to rats now.Space for rent, apply within - Free trial on Thanks button though0
