Egg Statements

My Egg card statement is due on the 9th.
Last few months it's been late, again this moning, (12th) I still hadn't received it.
They had added the monthly interest on the 9th but the transaction wasn't shown in recent transactions (it would have been shown on the statement)
I have contacted them before but when they've replied 2 days later it's usually a case of a shrug and well you got it now.
Is there anything they should be doing to resolve this?

I should note it's an electronic thing which is published on their website, its not by post.0
