    ??? Why not, although it is not a wall, it is a Party wall type issue and I believe the legislation ids framed to deal with a range of scenarios.


    It would seem to be beyond the scope of the act. Long time since I read it as but I am pretty sure there is no mention of roofs actual or implied

    I am happy to be proved wrong not that it is relevant as it is not retrospective anyway.
