Result From Complaining About Natwest!

Hey guys

the other day you may remember my thread about them insisting my bill issues needed extra pay because i paid on the same day before the bill arrived at my doorstep didnt count

Well i phone them today on instruction of the ombudsmen to inform them of my complaint to the FSA and ombudsmen

and to my great delight i got a huge apology and as a token of goodwill they refunded my late fee and halved my minimum payment back to normal.

The Power of Complaining is remarkable :)

it happened within 48 hours of complaining and the advisor who was rude to me is facing a disciplinary hearing which i did empathise with and said its not worth her losing her job so i hope she keeps her job in these tough times
