Help needed please

Hello everyone im new here:)

I was previously claiming JSA but the had to claim ESA because of illness,been claiming ESA for 3 months now and things are getting better so i will start claiming JSA again,when i go to claim JSA will it be a new claim or will it be rapid reclaim?Thanks for your help:)

    I'm in a similar situation to yourself right now, though having to claim ESA instead of JSA for the time being.
    It may well be a rapid reclaim they do as they're able to link your claim if you leave and then return to JSA within a set period of time.

    I heard it will be new claim if circumstances change,what does this mean?i am claiming sick but well again does that count as circumstance change or does it mean circumstances like changing address? im confused

    Glad to be of assistance, really empathise with your situation because it can be worrying at the best of times.
    I think you'll be just fine in claiming the JSA and whatever happens, be it new claim or rapid reclaim, I don't envisage any problems.

    Changes of circumstances can mean many things, if nothing's changed then just make them aware of this :)
