my dad booked a holiday direct with diamond coaches, who have unfortunately gone into administration. He paid for it on his marble credit card, and today they informed him that it is not upto them to refund him his money. is there anything that he can do about this?

    He needs to go back to the credit card company and tell them they are jointly liable under the consumer credit act.
    The call center person on the phone is wrong.
    If they persist he should ask to speak to a supervisor.

    I am assuming the holiday was > £100?
