Getting back into selling on EBay after a long absence

Hello

I used to sell on EBay (as a private seller, not a business) but haven't done so for about 2 years now. However, I need a major de-clutter so I'd like to get back into it. As before, the items I've got to sell are clothing, CDs and DVDs (I used to work in the film business so have a lot of DVDs, many new).

What has changed in the past 2-3 years on EBay? I thought that DVD auctions had changed and had to include free postage but when I looked at some auctions today I noticed some with a postage charge. Please can someone clarify?

And re CDs - I used to make decent money from selling CDs on EBay but they are so cheap now that I am wondering if I'd be better using something like Music Magpie?

If anyone has any tips about how EBay has changed in the past couple of years and what I should watch out for, I'd be very grateful for the advice before I get started!

Cheers!
