Where are the template letters for reclaiming ppi? I have been looking for over an hour and cant find them at all :o

I know they are here somewhere, but I just cant find them.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

    Yes, you can do both if you want to but the questionnaire is the one that most people do.

    Hi there

    As Marshallka and Caz says, its the questionnaire now, this replaced the template letter on this site, but also as Marshallka said you can write a letter in your own words if you want to. Good luck.;)

    I would fill out the questionnaire and also enclose a covering letter, purely because I've seen on the forum some people have sent only a letter and then been sent the questionnaire by the company which delays things. So worth just sending it off at the start I think :)
