Too Cold For A Boot Sale????

Hi guys
Just a quick question......
Do you think it is too cold now for people to get out of their nice warm beds to brave a boot fair??
We have one near us tomorrow, but although the weather has been clear blue skies during the day, it'll be zero degrees, frosty, and really dark setting up tomorrow. Do you think we should bother? Or wait until next year now??
Thanks

personally, i would go for it. that being said its only because living in north london there are never any around close enough to go to winter or summer0

Definitely go for it, we are all off booting tomorrow, whatever the weather!!!
that's R dog that is0 -
If you're planning on selling at a boot sale at this time of year, don't forget your flask, and wrap up warm! Customers should be around, since there are fewer boot sales for them to choose from than in summer.0

If there was a car boot sale on by me tomorrow I would be there mooching!
All finished here but there is a tabletop which I may pop into on the way back from Mr T.0 -
You could always find your nearest indoor bootfair. Mine is at Halfway on the Isle of Sheppey - every Saturday morning - very friendly and full of bargains.0

Quite often you get better prices in the winter as all buyers tend to go to the same sales , rather than all spread out around more smaller sales in summer . keep your prices up for the first hour or so anyway ! I have seen some total giveaways as people have unloaded , and just tried to get rid of a pesky buyer .0

I love car boots as a buyer, but don't go this time of year. I know lots of people who don't bother either. Getting up that early in the morning when there probably won't be many sellers isn't worth it. If I was you I would save all your stuff until next year and have a big car boot.now mum of 4!!!0
