Severe Disability Premium??? ESA

Hi,

Ive finally been awarded DLA Highest Rate Care and Lower Mobility,
Been advised that I should be entitled to SDP??

What is severe disability premium???

Im currently on income related ESA support group

I have been advised an IS10 form has been sent to me to complete for SDP anyone what it is??

Any advice will be much appreciated

It's an extra amount of money added to your benefits due to your severe illness.

That was very useful and now what about the IS10 the dwp have sent out to me to fill in??

It's the application form for the SDP.
