Virgin 16 month 0% application

Applied for this card online on Monday and was accepted immediately with a limit of £6,300 (which is perfect, as I have £4k on a 0% deal ending soon on another card, which needs to be transferred).

But I have yet to receive any email or anything from them... anyone else in the same situation? I'm just wondering if they've had a load of applications and have a backlog to work through.

When I applied for their card I am sure I never got an email, recieved a letter through the post about a week later.

Yep, exactly the same for me, letter then the card arrived in the post pretty quickly. No emails received.

Same for me and even though I had requested the transfer upon application, I had to confirm with them over the phone for the transfer to take place.

Thanks all.

In fact, I have now received an email confirming my limit and that I should receive my card soon. Just surprised it took 3 days for them to put out an email!
