Wow this is the first time i have ever seen this website and i am going to go out this weekend and buy stickers and some comics and have a nice afternoon writing cards and making parcels.
What a lovely website.0 -
What a very humbling website,I have been sitting here in tears reading of the bravery of these children and their families.
I now know what to do with some of the freebies and bargains I get ,(thanks to MSE forums).
I have somethings for shoeboxes at Christmas so will lokk them out and send to these children .
Anything we can do to make them smile :happyhear:j I love bargains:jI love MSE0 -
These children are so brave and beautiful-I can understand a little bit of how they feel as i was extremely ill with spinal problems when i was young but after surgery twice i am fully fit and healthy.I haven't got any children of my own yet but by looking at this site i have realised that you don't have to give birth to love a child evry child is special.I am going to send some cards and treats to these children and am going to encourage family and friends to the the same.Every time a child laughs and every time a child smiles a little piece of innocence and happiness will hopefully spread thoughout the world.thank you to everybody!Love can tame the wildest0

What i'd quite like to do (and am able to because it's my Summer hols and I have a LOT of spare time) is sent an e-mail to every child on the site.
I really can't research every individual condition or anything but I hope I could make them feel as if someone cares and you know, cheer them up.
This is probably a right stupid idea but just e-mailling to one would make me feel like there are others out there that haven't had anyone contacting them. I don't know if I could afford to send anything other than an e-mail as I don't really make any money.
Reading all the stuff is actually making me quite upset.0 -
this made me cry it is so sad again like others have said it make you feel so lucky to have healthy children. i will certainly be sending some e mails etc.
please keep this post at the very top
