Scottish Power application
I applied online to switch to Scottish Power (Online Energy Saver 12) yesterday but after submitting my application I didn't hear anything.
I've applied to them before and I'm sure in the past I have received an automatically generated email to confirm receipt. After waiting a few hours I applied again just in case and again nothing!
I rang them up this morning and they couldn't find any details on their system (although they said I should call again tomorrow to check).
Has anyone else applied for this recently online - and how long did they have to wait for confirmation?

Finally received a confirmation email from Scottish Power this morning - 2 days after application.
So all is well (I think!) - although I now have two tracked transactions on Topcashback...If I had a pound for every time I didn't play the lottery...0
